Each month, on the first Thursday at 11:30 a.m., Our Savior Lutheran Church has a traditional/senior service inwhich we worship with The Lutheran Hymnal from page 15. It gives our older members who cannot come to 8 a.m. worship on Sunday a chance to worship and receive communion as well as use the liturgy many grew up with. Certainly anyone is invited.
After worship we have a lunch and one of the various musical groups from Our Savior performs. On this date we had the OSL strings which is composed of two groups, the beginners and the advanced. Overhearing one of the ladies she said, "Those kids are really good." Personally, my daughter is in first grade and we are looking forward to third grade when she can start taking lessons.

It is such
a blessing to see the intergenerational fellowship. There are many other opportunities throughout our church and school for this kind of connection. Watch in the future for more information on our cradle to grave ministries.
